Common questions
How do people sign in to the right school?
Each email address belongs to one school, so EduCore knows which school to open — no one picks from a list. On your school's own EduCore address, only your school's accounts can sign in. Pupils sign in with the school's short name and their admission number.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days with everything switched on, and no card is needed to start. At the end you choose a plan; if you don't, your data stays safe and readable so you can export it.
Can we bring in our existing class lists?
Yes. Download the spreadsheet template for classes, pupils or staff, fill it in, and upload it. EduCore checks every row and shows you exactly which rows need fixing.
Is our school's data safe?
Every school's data is kept separate from every other school's, checked on each request and again inside the database. Health information is encrypted, important changes are recorded in an audit log, and your school can export its data at any time.
What do parents see?
Parents get their own sign-in and see only their own children: attendance, results, report cards, fees and messages from teachers. They can pay fees online, and receipts are issued automatically.
