Questions
- Which students count?
- Only active students on the day you're billed. Withdrawn and graduated students don't count.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Choose a plan and pay by card. If you don't, EduCore becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything.
- Can we change plan?
- Yes. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply at the end of the month you've paid for.
- How do we pay?
- By card through Paystack, in naira. The card is saved and charged monthly; you can stop that any time.
- What if a payment fails?
- We try again over the following week and everything keeps working meanwhile. After that, you can pay from your Plan & billing page.
